Sales Playbooks and Sequences Your Team Actually Follows

We write the playbook and the sequences behind it — persona by persona, objection by objection — so every rep runs the same disciplined process.

Sounds familiar?
  1. 01Every rep improvises messaging, so results depend on who's writing it
  2. 02Objections get handled differently by every person on the team
  3. 03New hires take months to sound like they know the product

Most sales teams have a CRM full of stages and no shared answer to what a rep should actually say at each one. Every rep improvises, and results depend on who happens to be good at improvising.

We write the playbook: messaging by persona and signal, objection responses, and branching sequences that change based on what a prospect does. The system runs the same way whether your best rep is on the call or your newest hire.

What you keep
  • Persona-by-persona messaging playbook
  • Sequence templates by channel and signal
  • Branching logic documented and built in your tools
  • Objection-handling reference
  • Team walkthrough and adoption session
Who this is for
  • Results vary too much depending on which rep is running the deal
  • You're onboarding new reps and have nothing structured to hand them
  • Your messaging hasn't been rewritten since your ICP or offer changed
Sales & Business Development

What we build and run

  • Define personas and the message angle that fits each one
  • Write sequence templates for email, LinkedIn and calls by persona
  • Build branching logic based on reply, engagement or silence
  • Document objection responses your team can use immediately
  • Set rules for when a sequence pauses, escalates or stops
  • Train the team on the playbook, not just hand it over
How it runs

From kickoff to a running sales system in 30 days.

  1. Week 1–2

Interview the team, review won and lost deals, define personas

  2. Week 3–4

Write messaging, sequences and objection responses

  3. Week 5–8

Build sequences in your tools, launch, gather feedback from live use

  4. After

You keep the playbook; we hand off or keep it updated

Questions we get

Who writes the playbook — you or our team?
We write the first draft from interviews with your team, your CRM history and your won and lost deals, then your team reviews and refines it. The playbook has to sound like your company, not like a template.
What tools do the sequences run in?
We build sequences inside whatever your team already uses to send — Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist for email, HeyReach for LinkedIn — and document the logic separately so it survives a tool change.
How often does the playbook need updating?
We recommend a review every quarter, or sooner if your ICP, pricing or competitive landscape shifts, since a playbook built on last year's objections stops matching this year's conversations.
Does this replace sales training?
It replaces guesswork, not coaching. A written playbook gives new hires a faster start and gives managers something concrete to coach against, but live call review and manager feedback still matter for skill development.
