Signal-Based Outbound That Beats the Shortlist

We watch for hiring, funding, leadership and tech-stack signals across your market, then reach the right account before its shortlist is set.

Sounds familiar?
  1. 01Outbound lands after the buyer's shortlist is already set
  2. 02Reps chase accounts with no real reason to buy now
  3. 03Good signals sit in an inbox instead of triggering outreach

Most outbound arrives after a buyer has already picked three vendors to talk to. By the time your email lands, the shortlist is closed and you are asking for a rematch you were never invited to.

We build a signal stack for your market — hiring posts, funding rounds, leadership changes, tech-stack shifts, expansion news — and route it straight into scored, timed outreach. The account moves when the signal fires, not on a weekly schedule.

What you keep
  • Live signal feed by account and trigger type
  • Fit + timing scoring model in your CRM
  • Signal-to-sequence automation (n8n)
  • Signal-specific message templates by trigger
  • Monthly signal performance review
Who this is for
  • You sell into markets where timing changes the outcome — hiring, funding, expansion
  • Your reps are working stale lists with no real trigger to act on
  • You want outbound to compete on timing, not just volume
Sales & Business Development

What we build and run

  • Map the signals that precede a real buying window in your market
  • Build automated signal feeds from job boards, news, LinkedIn and funding data
  • Score every account on fit and timing, not fit alone
  • Route high-score accounts into outreach within 24 hours of a signal
  • Write signal-specific messaging that names the trigger, not a generic pitch
  • Retire signals that don't convert and add ones that do
How it runs

From kickoff to a running sales system in 30 days.

  1. Week 1–2

Define signals worth acting on and set up feeds

  2. Week 3–4

Build scoring model, connect signals to CRM and sequencing

  3. Week 5–8

Launch, tune trigger-to-message mapping, measure reply rate by signal

  4. After

You own the signal stack; we hand off or keep running it

Questions we get

What counts as a buying signal?
A buying signal is observable evidence that an account's situation just changed in a way that creates budget or urgency — a new hire in a relevant role, a leadership change, a funding round, an expansion into a new market, or a technology switch. On its own a signal is a hypothesis, not a guarantee, so we weight it against your ICP before it triggers outreach.
How do you find these signals without manual research?
We combine data providers such as Apollo and Clay with job-board and news monitoring, wired together in n8n so signals flow into your CRM automatically. A person still reviews the message before it sends; the automation handles detection and routing, not judgment.
Does this replace our existing outbound?
It replaces guesswork, not your team. Signal-based outbound sits on top of your ICP and messaging; it decides which accounts get outreach first and what the message should reference, so the same team sends fewer, better-timed messages instead of more generic ones.
How fast can this run?
A first working signal stack — feeds, scoring, and one automated route into sequencing — is typically live within four weeks. We tune trigger-to-message mapping for another month before handing it fully to your team.
