Pipeline Reporting That Shows What's Actually Working

We build the reporting layer on top of your CRM so you can see reply rate, meeting rate and pipeline by source, rep and campaign, without a manual export.

Sounds familiar?
  1. 01No one can say which channel or message is actually driving pipeline
  2. 02Reports are built by hand and already stale by the time they're read
  3. 03Sending tools, CRM and spreadsheets never show the same numbers

Most founders run outbound on instinct because the numbers live in three different tools and none of them agree. By the time a report gets built by hand, the quarter it describes is already over.

We build reporting directly on your CRM data: reply and meeting rates by source, sequence and rep, pipeline generated and its stage, and a weekly view that updates itself. You see what's working before you've spent another month on what isn't.

What you keep
  • Live pipeline dashboard by source, rep and sequence
  • Reply and meeting rate tracking, automated
  • Weekly report delivered without manual work
  • n8n or HubSpot/Attio reporting automation
  • Quarterly review of what to keep, cut or scale
Who this is for
  • You're spending on outbound and can't say what it's actually returning
  • Your team reports results manually and numbers rarely match across tools
  • You want to cut what's not working before it costs another quarter
Sales & Business Development

What we build and run

  • Define the metrics that matter: reply rate, meeting rate, pipeline by source
  • Connect sending tools and CRM data into one reporting layer
  • Build dashboards by rep, sequence, persona and account source
  • Automate weekly reporting so no one exports data by hand
  • Flag underperforming sequences and sources early, not at quarter-end
  • Tie outbound activity to closed revenue, not just meetings booked
How it runs

From kickoff to a running sales system in 30 days.

  1. Week 1–2

Audit current data across CRM and sending tools, define key metrics

  2. Week 3–4

Build the reporting layer and dashboard, connect data sources

  3. Week 5–8

Launch automated weekly reporting, review with the team, tune metrics

  4. After

You keep the dashboard and automation; we hand off or keep refining it

Questions we get

What data goes into the dashboard?
We pull from your sending tools — Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, HeyReach — and your CRM, typically HubSpot or Attio, so reply rate, meeting rate and pipeline all sit in one place instead of three separate logins.
Does this replace our CRM's built-in reports?
It extends them. Most CRM reporting is built for pipeline stage, not for connecting a specific sequence or signal to the pipeline it produced, which is the view that actually tells you what to keep doing.
How often is the data updated?
Weekly by default, automated through n8n so no one exports a spreadsheet by hand; we can set a shorter cycle for high-volume teams where daily decisions depend on the numbers.
What happens once we can see the real numbers?
Usually a quarterly review where we look at what to keep, cut or scale — the sequences and sources with real reply and meeting rates get more budget and volume, and the ones that don't get retired instead of running on habit.
