Cold Email Infrastructure Built to Land in the Inbox

We build and run the sending infrastructure behind your outbound: domains, authentication, warmup and daily deliverability monitoring, so messages reach the inbox.

Sounds familiar?
  1. 01Emails reach spam, not the inbox, and no one notices for weeks
  2. 02One burned domain drags down replies across the whole team
  3. 03Sending volume increased faster than domain reputation could handle

A great message sent from a burned domain never gets read. Most teams lose replies to deliverability problems they can't see — spam folder placement, a missing DMARC record, a warmup skipped to hit a launch date.

We build the sending infrastructure first: separate sending domains, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured correctly, mailbox warmup on a real schedule, and daily monitoring of spam rate and inbox placement. Volume never outruns reputation.

What you keep
  • Dedicated sending domains and mailboxes
  • SPF, DKIM, DMARC configured and verified
  • Warmup schedule per mailbox
  • Deliverability dashboard (spam rate, inbox placement)
  • Sending playbook your team can run
Who this is for
  • Your replies have dropped and no one can say why
  • You're about to scale outbound and don't want to burn your only domain
  • You've never separated sending infrastructure from your company's main email
Sales & Business Development

What we build and run

  • Set up dedicated sending domains, separate from your primary domain
  • Configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly on every domain
  • Warm up each mailbox on a schedule before real sending starts
  • Monitor spam complaint rate and inbox placement daily
  • Cap daily send volume per mailbox to protect reputation
  • Rotate and retire mailboxes before they get burned
How it runs

From kickoff to a running sales system in 30 days.

  1. Week 1–2

Audit current domains, register and configure new sending infrastructure

  2. Week 3–4

Warm up mailboxes, connect to Instantly or Smartlead, set volume caps

  3. Week 5–8

Launch real sending, monitor deliverability daily, fix issues before they spread

  4. After

You keep the infrastructure and dashboard; we hand off or keep monitoring

Questions we get

Why not just send from our main company domain?
Cold outbound carries deliverability risk that your main domain shouldn't absorb — a spike in spam complaints can affect every email your company sends, including invoices and support replies. Dedicated sending domains isolate that risk while still routing replies to your team.
What tools do you use for sending?
We typically run outbound through Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist, chosen by volume and team workflow, with mailbox warmup handled inside the same platform. The infrastructure — domains, authentication, volume caps — matters more than which tool sits on top of it.
How do you know if deliverability is a problem?
We track spam complaint rate, bounce rate and inbox placement daily, not just open rate, which is an unreliable signal on its own. A rising complaint rate or falling inbox placement gets caught and fixed before it affects reply rate.
How long before we can send at full volume?
New domains typically need two to four weeks of warmup before they can carry meaningful volume safely. Rushing this step is the most common cause of burned domains, so we hold the schedule even when a launch date is tight.
