Email Nurture & Lifecycle Built to Move Pipeline

We build email nurture and lifecycle programs that respond to what a lead does, not a fixed send schedule, so the message matches the stage.

Sounds familiar?
  1. 01Every lead gets the same emails regardless of intent
  2. 02Sales-ready leads sit in a nurture track for weeks
  3. 03Open rates look fine; pipeline from email doesn't move

Most nurture programs are a calendar, not a conversation. Every lead gets the same six emails in the same order, whether they downloaded a guide yesterday or requested a demo an hour ago.

We build lifecycle emails branched by behavior — role, engagement, deal stage — inside your CRM, so a lead who's ready hears from sales fast and one who isn't gets nurtured, not chased. The sequence follows the lead, not a fixed calendar.

What you keep
  • Lifecycle stage map, first touch to close
  • Branched email sequences by segment
  • Sales-alert triggers in your CRM
  • Live nurture flows built in HubSpot
  • Monthly performance and pipeline report
Who this is for
  • Your nurture emails are the same for every lead type
  • Sales-ready leads get lost in a generic drip sequence
  • You want email tied to pipeline, not just open rate
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

What we build and run

  • Map lifecycle stages from first touch to closed deal
  • Branch sequences by role, behavior and engagement, not just time
  • Write emails that answer one buying-group question each
  • Set triggers that alert sales the moment a lead is ready
  • Build and automate flows in HubSpot with n8n where needed
  • Test subject lines, send times and sequence length monthly
How it runs

From kickoff to a running sales system in 30 days.

  1. Week 1–2

Map lifecycle stages and audit current email performance

  2. Week 3–4

Write branched sequences and build flows in HubSpot

  3. Week 5–8

Launch, set sales-ready triggers, test and refine

  4. After

You own the flows and copy; we hand off or keep running it

Questions we get

How is lifecycle email different from a standard drip campaign?
A drip campaign sends the same fixed sequence to everyone on a list. Lifecycle email branches based on what a lead actually does — role, content engaged with, deal stage — so a demo request gets a different path than a whitepaper download.
How do you know when to alert sales?
We set behavior-based triggers in your CRM — pricing page visits, repeated engagement, specific content downloads — that route a lead to sales automatically when it crosses a threshold. The trigger logic is built with you, based on what your best closed-won deals actually did before they converted.
Do you write the email copy, or just build the flow?
Both. We write copy for each branch, drafted with AI and reviewed by a person before it sends, matched to what that segment needs to hear at that stage. A well-built flow with generic copy still underperforms.
What tools do you use to build this?
Primarily HubSpot for the CRM and email automation itself, with n8n handling any logic HubSpot's native workflows can't — cross-tool triggers, data enrichment, or connecting behavior from other systems into the lifecycle.
