Distributor & Agent Recruitment That Fills Markets

We identify the distributors and agents worth having in each market, qualify them properly, and negotiate terms that hold — market by market, not one generic push.

Sounds familiar?
  1. 01Distributors sign fast but never move real volume
  2. 02No system to vet reach and fit before signing
  3. 03Each new market restarts recruitment from zero

Distributor and agent networks fail for a simple reason: the first company willing to sign gets picked, not the one who can actually move product in that market. Six months later the agreement is dead weight.

We map the real distributor and agent landscape per market, qualify on reach and fit rather than willingness to sign, and run the recruitment and negotiation ourselves. The founder built and ran agent and partner networks for a 60-office group operating in 30 countries — this is not a first attempt.

What you keep
  • Distributor/agent shortlist and qualification scorecard per market
  • Negotiated terms (territory, exclusivity, commission)
  • Signed distributor/agent agreements
  • Market entry recruitment playbook, reusable per country
  • Performance reporting structure
Who this is for
  • You're entering a new market and need feet on the ground fast
  • You've signed distributors before who turned out to be the wrong fit
  • You need one market opened properly before scaling to the next

Questions we get

How do you qualify a distributor before signing?
We check real reach into your target accounts, existing product conflicts, financial standing and track record before any agreement is drafted. Willingness to sign is the least important criterion — reach and fit come first.
Do you handle the legal side of agreements?
We structure and negotiate the commercial terms — territory, exclusivity, commission, performance clauses — and work alongside your legal counsel to finalise the agreement. We are not a substitute for local legal advice on contract law.
How is this different from market entry services?
Market entry covers the whole go-to-market: research, positioning, first customers. This is the specific piece where distributors or agents are recruited, qualified and signed — often as one part of a wider market entry, sometimes on its own when the rest of the go-to-market is already built.
How many markets can run in parallel?
It depends on how differentiated the markets are, but two to three markets typically run in parallel without diluting quality, since the recruitment playbook is reused and only the local mapping changes.
