Partner Onboarding That Gets Partners Selling Fast

We build the onboarding path that takes a partner from signed agreement to first deal — training, materials, systems access, all in one sequence they can actually follow.

Sounds familiar?
  1. 01Partners sign but never complete onboarding
  2. 02Materials exist but nobody walks partners through them
  3. 03No clear point where a partner is ready to sell

A signed partner who never onboards properly is the same as no partner at all. Most onboarding is a PDF and a portal login sent once, never followed up, and the partner drifts back to selling what they already know.

We design an onboarding sequence a partner can actually complete: what to learn first, what materials they need, when to check in, when they're ready for their first deal. The goal is a partner selling within weeks, not a partner who signed once and went quiet.

What you keep
  • Partner onboarding sequence and milestone checklist
  • Training and certification materials
  • Systems access and deal registration setup
  • 30/60/90-day check-in cadence
  • Onboarding completion dashboard
Who this is for
  • Partners sign then go quiet because nobody walked them through the first deal
  • You have training materials but no sequence that gets used
  • You're scaling partner recruitment and need onboarding that doesn't depend on one person

What we build and run

  • Design the onboarding sequence, step by step, with milestones
  • Build training content and a simple certification checkpoint
  • Set up systems access, deal registration and support channels
  • Run the first live deal alongside the partner
  • Set a 30/60/90-day check-in cadence
  • Track onboarding completion and flag stalled partners
How it runs

From kickoff to a running sales system in 30 days.

  1. Week 1–2

Design the onboarding sequence and training content

  2. Week 3–4

Run onboarding with the first partner cohort

  3. Week 5–8

Support first live deals, refine the sequence

  4. After

You run onboarding for new partners; we tune or hand off fully

Questions we get

What's the difference between onboarding and channel programme design?
Channel programme design sets the structure — tiers, margins, agreements — before anyone signs. Onboarding is what happens after signature: getting a specific partner trained, equipped and to their first deal. We build both, but they're different pieces of work.
Do you build the training content or just the sequence?
Both. We design the sequence and milestones, then build the actual training materials, pitch guides and certification checkpoint that sit inside it, rather than handing you a process with nothing to put through it.
How do you know a partner is actually onboarded?
We define completion by observable milestones — certification passed, systems access active, first deal registered or closed — not by a training video being watched, and we track completion so stalled partners are visible early.
Can this run for partners we already signed?
Yes. It's common to have a backlog of signed but never-onboarded partners; we run the same sequence retroactively to activate them rather than treating them as lost.
