Workflow Automation That Replaces Manual Work

One engineer maps the manual steps your team repeats and replaces them with automation you can see, trust and change.

Sounds familiar?
  1. 01Someone re-types the same data into two systems every day.
  2. 02An approval sits in an inbox until someone remembers to chase it.
  3. 03A weekly report takes half a day to assemble by hand.

Every growing team has three or four processes held together by copy-paste: exporting a spreadsheet, re-typing a form into the CRM, chasing an approval by email. Nobody has time to fix it because everyone is busy doing it by hand.

We map the workflow, build the automation in n8n or Make, and connect it to the tools you already run: CRM, inbox, WhatsApp Business API, Google Workspace. Every automation has a visible log and a human owner for exceptions. We typically start with the one or two workflows costing the most hours, so the value is visible in the first weeks.

What you keep
  • Live automations replacing named manual steps
  • Workflow diagrams and configuration, documented
  • Exception and approval handling built in
  • Retry and failure handling for every automation
  • Activity log for every automated run
  • Admin access and change instructions
Who this is for
  • Your team spends hours a week moving data between tools by hand.
  • You've outgrown a spreadsheet-and-email process but don't need custom software.
  • You want automation you can see and change, not a black box.

What we build and run

  • Map the manual steps a process actually takes, not the ideal version.
  • Build automations in n8n or Make that move data between systems.
  • Connect your CRM, inbox, WhatsApp Business API and spreadsheets.
  • Add approval steps and exception handling for edge cases.
  • Handle retries and failures so a broken run doesn't lose data.
  • Add logging so every automated action is traceable.
  • Document each workflow so your team can change it later.
How it runs

From kickoff to a running sales system in 30 days.

  1. Week 1-2

Map current processes and pick the highest-value automations.

  2. Week 3-4

Build and test automations against real cases.

  3. Week 5-6

Run in parallel with manual process, then cut over.

  4. After

Add further workflows as priorities change.

Questions we get

What tools do you build automation in?
Mostly n8n and Make, connected to whatever you already run: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business API or a spreadsheet. We pick the tool for the job rather than standardising on one for its own sake.
How do you handle exceptions an automation can't resolve?
Every workflow has a defined exception path: the case is flagged, logged and routed to a named person rather than silently failing or retrying forever. You always know what an automation is doing and what it couldn't handle.
Will this replace staff?
The goal is to remove repetitive, low-judgment steps like data entry and status chasing, not to replace the people doing the judgment calls around them. Most clients redirect the freed-up time to work a machine genuinely can't do.
How long does a workflow automation project take?
A first set of automations is typically live in four to six weeks, run in parallel with the manual process before cutover. Further workflows are added afterward as priorities change.
