AI Efficiency Audit: Find What's Worth Automating

One engineer spends two weeks inside your operation and hands you a scoped, costed plan for what to automate first.

Sounds familiar?
  1. 01You don't know where AI would actually save money in your business.
  2. 02Past AI advice was generic and never turned into a project.
  3. 03You're not sure whether to build, buy or wait.

Most AI advice arrives as a slide deck: a maturity model, a list of trends, no answer to the question that matters, which of your processes would actually pay back the investment.

We spend two weeks inside your operation, map where time and money leak to manual work, and hand you a scoped plan ranked by effort and payback, with the first project ready to start. The audit is scoped so you can act on it yourself, or hand the first project straight to us.

What you keep
  • Written audit of where time and money leak
  • Ranked list of automation opportunities with payback estimate
  • Scoped plan for the first project
  • Recommendation on build versus buy per opportunity
  • A short list of what not to automate yet
  • One working session to walk through findings
Who this is for
  • You want a plan before committing to a build.
  • Past AI advice was generic and didn't lead anywhere.
  • You need to justify the investment to a board or partner.

What we build and run

  • Interview the teams doing the work, not just management.
  • Map current tools, data quality and where manual work concentrates.
  • Score candidate automations by effort, cost and payback.
  • Flag where AI is the wrong answer and a process fix is enough.
  • Rank findings by how fast they can ship, not just by size.
  • Deliver a ranked, scoped plan with a first project ready to start.
  • Present findings in plain language, not a maturity-model score.
How it runs

From kickoff to a running sales system in 30 days.

  1. Days 1-3

Interview teams and map tools, data and current workflow.

  2. Days 4-7

Score opportunities and shortlist the quick wins.

  3. Week 2

Write the plan and present findings in a working session.

  4. After

Optional: we build the first project as an FDE deployment.

Questions we get

How long does the audit take?
Two weeks: the first week is interviews and mapping inside your operation, the second is scoring the opportunities and writing the plan. You get a working session at the end to walk through the findings together.
Will you also build what you recommend?
Optionally, yes. The audit ends with a scoped, ranked plan, and if you want to move forward we build the first project as a standard six to eight week FDE deployment. You're never obligated to continue.
Do you recommend specific tools?
Yes. The plan names the platforms that fit your operation, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n or the Claude API, rather than a generic 'adopt AI' recommendation with no path to execution.
Is this only for companies already using AI?
No. Most clients are starting from close to zero. The audit is built to find the one or two projects worth doing first, whatever your current level of automation.
