Entity & Citation Strategy That AI Engines Trust

AI engines cite what they can verify. We make your company's identity consistent everywhere it appears and earn the third-party mentions that back it up.

Sounds familiar?
  1. 01Your company is described differently on your site, LinkedIn and directories
  2. 02No independent source backs up what you claim about your own company
  3. 03AI engines cite a smaller competitor instead of you

An AI engine will not recommend a company it cannot confirm. If your website says one thing, your LinkedIn says another, and no independent source backs either one up, the engine has nothing solid to cite and defaults to a competitor it can verify.

We align how your organization, founders, services and locations are described across your site, LinkedIn, directories and partner pages, then build the third-party mentions that corroborate it. Consistency and corroboration, not more content, is what earns the citation.

What you keep
  • Entity consistency audit and correction across your key profiles
  • Organization and Person schema markup, implemented
  • Directory and listing cleanup, prioritized by category relevance
  • A short list of corroboration placements, secured or in progress
  • Source map: who engines already trust versus where you're absent
Who this is for
  • AI engines already mention your category but never name you specifically
  • Your company grew through acquisitions, rebrands or multiple entities and the story is inconsistent
  • You're investing in GEO content but have no consistent identity underneath it
Generative Engine Optimization

What we build and run

  • Audit how your organization is described across the web today
  • Fix inconsistencies in name, services, location and founder details
  • Add Organization and Person structured data to your key pages
  • Build or correct listings on the directories your category actually uses
  • Place your expertise in partner sites and industry publications for corroboration
  • Track which sources AI engines cite in your category and close the gap
How it runs

From kickoff to a running sales system in 30 days.

  1. Week 1–2

Audit current entity descriptions and identify every inconsistency

  2. Week 3–4

Fix descriptions site-wide, add structured data, correct directory listings

  3. Week 5–8

Secure corroboration placements, re-check engine citations against baseline

  4. After

Your entity profile stays consistent as you add services, locations or hires

Questions we get

What is entity consistency and why does it matter for AI search?
Entity consistency means your organization's name, services, location and leadership are described the same way everywhere an AI engine might find them. These systems build confidence in a source by cross-checking it across multiple places; contradictions make an engine cite something it can verify more easily instead.
Is structured data (schema markup) required to get cited?
No single technical signal is required. Google states plainly that no special schema markup is needed to appear in its AI features. Structured data is still worth doing well, as clean hygiene that helps machines parse who you are, but it is not a shortcut around consistency and corroboration.
What counts as third-party corroboration?
Any credible, independent source describing what you do: industry publications, partner sites, verified directory listings, press mentions, guest contributions. A claim you make about yourself carries less weight with an AI engine than the same claim made by someone else.
How long before this shows up in AI answers?
Entity and directory fixes are usually visible within a few weeks; corroboration placements take longer to appear and to be picked up by engines that recrawl and retrain on different schedules. We re-run your visibility baseline at 90 days to show the movement.
